Anatol’s Vulcan Series Gas Conveyor Dryers deliver top efficiency, easy adjustment, and consistent performance in textile curing. Engineered to process various substrates, the Vulcan Series handles materials decorated by screen printing, digital printing, and other methods.
The Vulcan delivers consistent, high-quality results for water-based, plastisol, and specialty inks. The series comprises over 20 models, ranging from compact units with a 36″ belt width and 6″ heat chamber to larger, high-capacity units featuring a 72″ belt width and 20″ heat chamber. This variety allows the Vulcan Series to adapt to the needs of print shops of all sizes.
Unmatched Efficiency and Performance
Designed to save energy, the Vulcan Series reduces gas consumption by as much as 25% versus top competitors. By circulating air 12–14 times per minute with forward-curved blades, the system removes moisture quickly and speeds up the curing process. A uniform heat profile runs throughout the entire chamber, removing the need for infrared boosting panels. Thanks to a fuzzy-logic digital controller, temperatures stay within 1°F of the target.
Advanced Design and Durability
Anatol designed the Vulcan for durability. Its double-wall construction with galvanized steel and thick insulation reduces heat loss and keeps the workplace cooler. Conveniently located on the side, the stainless steel burner resists high temperatures and allows easy access. Removable access panels and a foldable stainless steel filter make maintenance simple. Anatol’s Chill Case air-cooling system keeps the exterior and control systems cool, helping electrical components last longer.
Precision Control and Automation
The Vulcan features an intuitive control center with a touchscreen interface. It displays real-time information such as heat chamber temperature, belt speed, and other essential settings.
You can program up to nine job profiles for quick and easy setup. The system also allows you to schedule automatic start-up and shutdown times, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation.
To improve safety and efficiency, the system runs the blower and belt until the chamber has completely cooled down. Audible and visible alerts notify operators if the temperature strays from the set parameters.
Versatile Conveyor System
The Vulcan ensures smooth operation with adjustable belt speeds ranging from just a few feet up to 37.5 feet per minute. Crowned rollers provide precise belt tracking. Optional split belt configurations are available for 48″ belt width models, offering added flexibility for high-volume production. Three independent blowers—combustion, chamber air-circulation, and exhaust—optimize airflow for energy savings and consistent curing.
Modular and Scalable
For industrial-scale operations, the Vulcan Modular Series offers seven configurations, including high-output models with dual burners to meet demanding curing requirements. These dryers are available in three standard belt widths. They deliver the same proven reliability and efficiency, scaled up to meet the needs of high-throughput print shops.
