Anatol’s Rapid Transfer System (RTS) Two Station Automatic Heat Transfer press applies transfers, foil and other heat-applied decorations automatically, so you can increase production with minimal effort compared to a manual clamshell press.
Pre-heat garments before applying graphics, cure DTG after pretreating and printing, smooth textile fibers for higher quality prints and more. All this is possible due to the heat press’ extremely strong construction that delivers a maximum pressure of 120 psi.
The RTS is controlled from a user-friendly touchscreen interface, where you can make digital adjustments to time, pressure and temperature. You can even save and recall different programs for faster setup. Choose from three different modes of operation – manual, semi-automatic, and automatic – so you can work at the ideal production pace.
The RTS features heavy-duty steel construction for years of reliable service. Two 16” x 20” pallets are included, with additional pallets available for specialty applications. Built-in laser alignment systems over each pallet ensure you load garments and place prints properly every time, reducing misprints and waste.
