Inpro Large Format Cutters are engineered as the cost- and time-saving solution for high-production POP/POS printers operating in large format screen, digital and offset environments. Designed to keep pace with today’s high-speed wide-format and XXL printers, these cutters eliminate finishing bottlenecks and restore balance to demanding production workflows.
Available in cutting widths from 2200mm up to 5300mm, the Jumbo Cutter and Rhino Cutter series allow full 360° board rotation inside the cutter, including industry-standard 1600 x 3200mm boards. Compared to smaller cutters that require substrates to be fully removed before turning, this design can deliver up to 60% productivity improvement, significantly increasing throughput in busy finishing departments.
The integrated full-colour touchscreen interface enables fast, simple and efficient operation, improving accuracy and reducing costly mistakes. The onboard computer stores up to 2,970 cutting positions, allowing repeat jobs to be processed quickly and consistently.
Inpro’s cutter technology ensures accurate and clean cutting across a wide range of challenging substrates. With fully variable clamp pressure and adjustable knife speed and power, operators can achieve damage-free cutting on materials including PVC foam, styrene, polycarbonate, corex, forex, corrugated board and cardboard.
