Anatol Comet Smart Flash Cure Unit
Program your desired curing time and temperature for more effective flash curing.
Anatol’s Comet Smart flash cure unit gives you the power and efficiency of quartz flashing, plus the ability to set a desired curing temperature with its built-in temperature sensor. Program your curing temperature from the touchscreen of your Anatol automatic screen printing press, or from the optional Smart Box onboard touchscreen control panel (for use with manual presses). The Comet Smart will heat up to and maintain your desired temperature for your set time, reducing the chances of scorching or burning shirts. Like all flashes in the Comet series, the quartz lamps will automatically and deactivate, so they’re only on when you need them to be – saving electricity compared to infrared flash cures which are always on. The Comet Smart is available in three different curing areas – 16″ x 18″, 20″ x 24”, and 20″ x 28″.
Quartz lamps heat up and shut down quickly, saving electricity compared to infrared flashes which are always on.
Two or three curing zones, depending on the size of the flash.
Built-in temperature sensor allows you to program your desired curing temperature.
Compatible with Anatol automatic presses, or add the optional Smart Box (see below) for use with a manual press.
