Mutoh HydrAton 1642 Printer NZ is a water-based UV roll-to-roll printer designed for high-end signage and interior applications in New Zealand. Supplied by Uniscreen Group, it delivers high-quality, low-odour printing with excellent substrate compatibility.
This 64” (1625mm) wide-format printer uses Mutoh’s AQUAFUZE water-based UV ink technology, combining the benefits of UV and water-based systems. It produces instant-dry prints that are ready for finishing immediately, while maintaining low VOC emissions and eliminating the need for high-temperature drying.
Built in Japan, the Mutoh HydrAton 1642 Printer NZ features dual printheads, a UV LED curing system, and intelligent automation technologies to ensure consistent, high-resolution output up to 1200 x 2400 dpi. Its advanced system allows printing on a wider range of media, including heat-sensitive substrates, making it ideal for interior décor and wallpaper applications.
